Attorney Michael Cooley has an MBA from UC-Berkeley and a Masters Degree in Tax Law, and for fifteen years was an adjunct Professor of Law teaching Federal Income Tax Law, Federal Gift and Estate Tax Law, and Estate Planning. He also has substantial practical experience in all aspects of business operation and management.
